Role Description The Flight Attendant role at HAIR RAP BY YOYO is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Flight Attendant will be responsible for ensuring passenger safety and comfort during flights, performing safety demonstrations, and responding to in-flight needs and requests. Day-to-day tasks include greeting passengers, assisting with boarding and seating, coordinating with the cockpit crew on safety procedures, and managing in-flight service such as refreshments and announcements. The role also involves handling passenger inquiries, addressing concerns in a calm and professional manner, and maintaining a clean and orderly cabin environment. The Flight Attendant will represent the brand with courteous communication, attentive customer care, and adherence to all regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Flight Attendant and Aviation skills, with knowledge of airline operations and in-flight procedures.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal abilities.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and creating a positive passenger experience.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Aircraft environments, safety equipment, and cabin protocols.
• Relevant qualifications such as completion of certified flight attendant training or aviation hospitality courses are beneficial.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, work in a team, and adapt to changing schedules and travel requirements is essential.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Physical ability to meet aviation safety standards, including standing for extended periods and assisting with emergency procedures.
