ITI / Diploma in Printing Technology or related field preferred with 2–5 years experience in Flexographic Printing
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate in line Flexography printing machines.
- Perform color matching and ink mixing as required by the job specifications.
- Mount plates and cylinders accurately and ensure machine calibration.
- Monitor print quality, registration, and color consistency throughout the run.
- Coordinate with the QC and Prepress teams for smooth job execution.
- Troubleshoot machine problems and make necessary adjustments.
- Minimize material wastage and downtime
