Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and certified Flexera SNOW License Manager Trainer to deliver a private, instructor-led, training program. The trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training on Snow Software License Manager (SLM), aligned with industry best practices and the customer's deployed SNOW environment.

- Training Duration:5 Days
- Daily Duration:Minimum 6 hours per day
Scope of Training
The trainer will deliver in-depth training on SNOW License Manager, including but not limited to:
- Software Asset Management (SAM) fundamentals
- SNOW License Manager architecture and components
- Software discovery, inventory, and normalization
- License compliance, reconciliation, and optimization
- Publisher-specific licensing models and rules
- Reporting, dashboards, and audit readiness
- Operational best practices for SNOW SAM
- Hands-on labs, exercises, and real-world use cases
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver functional and technical training on Flexera SNOW License Manager
- Customize training content based on the customer's deployed SNOW environment
- Conduct interactive, instructor-led sessions with hands-on demonstrations
- Update and enhance training materials based on customer and participant feedback
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer enabling participants to independently manage SNOW SAM operations
- Address questions, validate understanding, and conduct knowledge checks
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) and SNOW implementations
- Certified Flexera SNOW Trainer (mandatory)
- Active certification on Flexera SNOW License Manager
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-level SAM training
- Strong expertise in:
- SNOW License Manager (SLM)
- License compliance, optimization, and audits
- SAM reporting and dashboards
- Prior experience delivering on-site corporate training
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Training Deliverables
- Comprehensive and up-to-date training materials (presentations, lab guides, reference documents)
- Practical lab exercises aligned with real business scenarios
- Updated content incorporating customer-specific feedback (if required)
- Optional post-training support and Q&A sessions (if agreed)
