We are looking for an experienced FLEXCUBE Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation, upgrade, integration, and support projects for banking clients. The ideal candidate should have strong project management capabilities combined with a good understanding of core banking processes and Oracle FLEXCUBE.
Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE / Core Banking projects
- Experience in Project Management / Program Management roles.
- Strong experience managing FLEXCUBE implementation, upgrade, migration, or integration projects.
- Good understanding of core banking modules and banking processes such as:
- CASA
- Loans
- Deposits
- Payments
- Trade Finance
- General Ledger
- Limits & Collateral
- Customer Management
- Experience working with Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking (FCUBS).
- Understanding of FLEXCUBE architecture, interfaces, APIs, and integration with surrounding banking applications.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, testing, release management, and production implementation.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams is preferred.
