A global shipping conglomerate is looking for an experienced Technical Director to lead its technical operations for a fleet of more than 50 vessels in the region.

We are seeking a proven leader with uninterrupted experience as a Technical Director within a shipowner's in house or ship management setup. The ideal candidate must bring hands-on technical management expertise, capable of taking operational charge from day one, and driving performance improvement across the fleet.

This role requires someone confident in working with owners technical teams, providing strategic direction, and guiding technical managers to uplift vessel standards and machinery reliability.

Experience in SMS implementation, ISO and TMSA certification, and leading compliance initiatives is essential. The company is seeking a results-driven individual who can define a clear 12 month roadmap to strengthen operations and deliver long-term value.
