Seven Fincorp is an EV-focused financing company helping fleet operators and businesses acquire electric vehicles through tailored financial solutions. We're on a mission to accelerate EV adoption in India by making fleet financing accessible, fast, and reliable.

As we grow our fleet financing book in Hyderabad, we're looking for a Fleet Sales & Operations Executive who can do two things well bring in new fleet financing clients and ensure our existing financed clients are running smoothly on the ground.

You'll be our eyes and ears in the field liaising between our finance team and the fleet operators we've funded, making sure operations are on track and communication is seamless.

Role Description

Fleet sales & sourcing

Identify and approach fleet operators, logistics companies, and EV aggregators in Hyderabad who need vehicle financing. Build a pipeline and convert leads into active finance clients.

On-ground client operations

Visit financed fleet clients regularly, monitor fleet utilisation and health, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Be the bridge between the client on the field and our internal team.

Relationship management

Maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, handle escalations, and ensure clients remain satisfied and engaged throughout the loan lifecycle.

Reporting & coordination

Share regular field updates on client health, repayment behaviour, and fleet status with the internal finance and operations team.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of on-ground experience in EV fleet, vehicle finance, or fleet operations Hyderabad market knowledge is mandatory
• Existing connections with fleet operators, EV dealers, logistics companies, or aggregators in Hyderabad
• Comfortable with a field-heavy role regular site visits and client meetings across Hyderabad are part of the job
• Good communication in Telugu and English able to manage multiple clients and stakeholders simultaneously
• Understanding of EV vehicles, fleet operations, and basic lending/finance concepts is a strong plus.
