Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role in Mumbai focused on Fleet Personnel Crew Management. The role entails managing crew compliance, recruitment, and engagement to ensure effective maritime operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing crew planning, monitoring performance metrics, providing guidance on regulatory and industry standards, and fostering a supportive environment to ensure the wellness and productivity of the team.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of crew administration, maritime regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management within the maritime sector.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in working with HR systems and tools, as well as data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated understanding of health, safety, and wellbeing programs for maritime professionals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Previous experience in fleet and crew management, especially in the maritime industry, is advantageous.
