Role: Ground Operations Executive You will be the boots on the ground — onboarding drivers, managing daily operations, tracking collections, and ensuring smooth fleet functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard driver partners for PumPumPum's fleet and aggregator programs (Uber, Ola, etc.)
• Daily driver allocation, scheduling, and vehicle coordination
• Track collections, EMI follow-ups, and recovery from driver partners
• Monitor driver behaviour, discipline, and compliance on a daily basis
• Conduct field visits and driver check-ins across Bengaluru
• Handle grievances, escalations, and conflict resolution
• Maintain driver records, KYC documents, vehicle logs, and activity trackers
• Report daily/weekly operational metrics to the manager
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Requirements

• Prior experience in driver management, fleet ops, logistics, or mobility platforms — mandatory
• Fluency in Kannada and Hindi required; English preferred
• Ability to manage large driver groups and handle conflict effectively
• Comfortable with field work and on-ground coordination
• Good knowledge of Bengaluru geography and transport ecosystem
• Basic Excel, Google Sheets, and smartphone tools
• Experience in collections or recovery is a strong plus
