As a Fleet Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our fleet of delivery partners to ensure efficient and timely food deliveries to our customers. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience and ensuring the smooth functioning of our delivery operations.
What you need to bring to the table:
- Lead and manage a fleet of delivery partners in the allocated area
- Help ensure supply sufficiency as per order demand and a flawless customer experience
- Conduct regular field meetings, communicate effectively with delivery partners to resolve any issues/concerns raised by them
- Track performance metrics, identify performance issues promptly and take corrective action where necessary
- Drive engagement to minimize attrition and maintain healthy levels of logins within the assigned locality
- Train delivery partners on best practices and SOPs to ensure a seamless delivery experience
- Hands-on experience with on-ground conflict management
