Role Overview
- Manage partner deployment, scheduling, utilization, and capacity planning across all active hubs.
- Ensure the right service partner is assigned to the right location at the right time for every booking.
- Act as the bridge between demand and supply, ensuring quick and efficient partner dispatch.
- Proactively address utilization drops and availability gaps before they impact customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own partner scheduling across all hubs, including shift planning, daily rosters, leave management, and backup protocols.
- Drive partner utilization to a 7080% fill rate by tracking idle time, optimizing routing, and minimizing downtime.
- Build and manage capacity planning models by forecasting demand across hubs, days, and time slots.
- Monitor real-time partner availability, including check-ins, breaks, job status, and hub queues.
- Coordinate partner movement between hubs during demand spikes or shortages.
- Track partner performance metrics such as jobs completed, on-time rate, customer ratings, and attendance consistency.
- Collaborate with HR and training teams to ensure only deployment-ready partners are activated.
- Develop escalation protocols for no-shows, late arrivals, and service quality issues.
- Recommend fleet expansion based on utilization trends, especially when fill rates consistently exceed 70%.
