We're looking for energetic and qualified Fleet Managers- Last Mile to join our Quick Commerce Operations team across Bangalore.

Roles & Responsibilities
Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders Vendors: Sourcing riders via personal and vendor network, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues.
Team Management: Reducing rider turnover and meeting delivery SLA goals.
Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time.
MIS/Data Management: Preparing data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
