We're looking for energetic and qualified Team Leads/Fleet Coaches - Last Mile to join our Quick Commerce Operations team across Mumbai.

This is a field role based at our dark store, and you must be near any of the following locations: Andheri East, Malad, Navi Mumbai.
Roles & Responsibilities
Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders: Onboarding riders via personal and vendor network, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues.
Team Management: Reducing rider turnover and meeting delivery SLA goals.
Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time.
MIS/Data Management: Preparing data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
