Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:

  • Receive all incoming Fleet Maintenance related calls, including driver breakdowns.
  • Coordinate response to vehicle breakdowns by utilizing our nationwide network of preferred service providers.
  • Manage all third-party repair orders for our National Account Breakdown Service providers.
  • Review all quotes received while on shift and identify areas where repair cost can be reduced / eliminated.
  • Identify rework scenarios where repairs should be denied and or be covered under warranty.
  • Identify repairs that should be covered under OEM or aftermarket parts suppliers warranty.
  • Coordinate with third party vendors to collect quotes, invoices and preventative maintenance forms.
  • Create purchase orders for third-party breakdown repairs.
  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner always.

Qualifications

Functional Requirement:

  • 2-5 years of exp in Finance and Accounts / organization / service line / Customer Service.
  • Should have good understanding of Reviewing & Reporting.
  • Strong command over communication (written and verbal) to work with multiple functions across business, should have worked with international business / people. Especially, USA / UK / AUS/ EU countries etc.
  • Team Player & Commitment towards role and responsibility; detailed oriented; willing to work in night shifts and based on business requirement.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with ERP applications like - Peoplesoft; Oracle; etc.
  • Proficient in using PC applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong word processing typing skills.
  • Attention to detail and able to maintain data confidentiality.

Academic Background: Graduate in Commerce, such as B. Com; M. Com; MBA Finance.
