Job Description

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of boilers, burners, economizers, and associated components. . Identify and repair issues like leakage, scaling, tube failure, or refractory damage. . Monitor boiler health through vibration, temperature, and pressure readings. . Oversee annual shutdown, hydro testing, and IBR-related maintenance. . Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for boilers and auxiliaries. . Ensure timely servicing of feedwater pumps, blowers, valves, and instrumentation. . Maintain maintenance checklists and ensure adherence to timelines. . Review historical maintenance data to predict and prevent failures. . Respond to urgent maintenance needs during boiler trips or equipment failure. . Conduct root cause analysis of repeated faults and implement corrective actions. . Coordinate with electrical/instrumentation teams for integrated troubleshooting. . Ensure quick restoration of operations with minimal downtime . Conduct daily Toolbox Talks on safety precautions and job-specific risks. . Follow LOTO procedures during maintenance of pressure parts and mechanical systems.

Boiler Certification Mandatory

2-5 yrs experience post Bachelor Engineering

Power Plant experience will be added advantage
