Flash Bootloader Engineer ( 3 HC Needed with 6-8 year exp)

Job Summary

Responsible for the development, integration, and maintenance of automotive Flash Bootloaders for ECU programming, diagnostics, and software updates.

Key Responsibilities

·        Design and develop Flash Bootloader software for automotive ECUs.

·        Implement ECU reprogramming using UDS over CAN/CAN FD, LIN, and Ethernet (DoIP).

·        Support secure flashing, secure boot, and software update mechanisms.

·        Integrate, test, debug, and validate bootloader functionality.

·        Collaborate with system, application, and validation teams to deliver customer requirements.

Required Skills

·        Strong Embedded C programming skills.

·        Know how on AURIX, Cypress Traveo II, RH850. 

·        Experience in Vector & Elektrobit Flash Bootloader deployment.

·        Knowledge of UDS, CAN/CAN FD, LIN, and Ethernet diagnostics.

·        Understanding of microcontrollers, memory management, and debugging tools (Trace32, Lauterbach, iSystem etc.).
