Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and skilled Flair Bartender to join the bar team at Della Resorts & Adventure. The ideal candidate will combine excellent beverage knowledge with professional flair bartending skills to create memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for preparing drinks, entertaining guests with safe flair performances, and maintaining high service and hygiene standards in a luxury resort environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to resort standards.
- Perform flair bartending techniques to engage and entertain guests while ensuring safety at all times.
- Interact with guests, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on preferences.
- Create signature cocktails and participate in menu innovation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and storage.
- Ensure proper measurement, garnishing, and presentation of beverages.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in requisition of bar supplies.
- Follow responsible alcohol service practices and verify guest eligibility.
- Adhere to HACCP, hygiene, and grooming standards of Della Resorts & Adventure.
- Handle cash / POS billing accurately when required.
- Collaborate with service team to deliver seamless bar operations during events, restaurants, and nightlife venues within the resort.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience as a bartender with recognized flair bartending ability.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, and mixology.
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality setting.
- Creative personality with stage presence and confidence.
- Team player with positive attitude and flexible shift approach.
- Awareness of bar safety during Flair (non-slip mats, bottle weight control, distance from guests).
Qualifications
- Certification in Bartending / Mixology preferred.
- Training in Flair Bartending from a recognized institute is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience, with at least 1 year in Flairing.
- Good command over English; additional languages a plus.
