Responsibilities
- Handle static data change requests for customer accounts
- Perform pre-processing checks, including verifying the completeness of customer requests
- Process Service requests such as Static data amendments, REKYC, Dormant account activation, Account closure, etc.
- Ensure timely completion of requests with accuracy
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of RBI KYC Master Direction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Proficient in using relevant banking systems and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
