Key Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 5 to 10 years of Experience in repair & In-service inspection of pressure equipment, piping, heat exchangers, tanks, and relief devices in a refinery / petrochemical / LNG / Oil & Gas facilities.
  • Analyze inspection results and recommend corrective actions.
  • Perform Corrosion analysis, thickness calculations, and fitness-for-service assessments.
  • Develop and maintain RBI strategies, inspection intervals in compliance with Company Documents, local regulations and international standards (ASME, API etc).
  • Preparation of Scope for performing Inspection Activities.
  • Experience in RBI / Interval Optimization of PRD's.
  • Knowledge of Materials, related Damage Mechanisms and NDTs applicable in Refineries/Upstream facilities.
  • Troubleshoot integrity issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
  • Coordinate with global teams for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to SHE standards and manage integrity-related risks.
  • Having Hands on experience in APM / IDMS software (e.g. GE-APM/Credo/Visions/Predix etc).
  • Preferred Valid Certifications in API-510/570/571/580.

Benefits

This role requires a person with strong experience in repair and in-service inspection of pressure equipment, piping, heat exchangers, tanks, and relief devices within refinery, petrochemical, LNG, or oil & gas facilities. The individual must be able to take direction from the Integrity Team Lead and work collaboratively with global teams. The role demands a solid understanding of RBI methodologies, inspection optimization, and compliance with international standards (ASME, API) as well as company procedures. The person should also have hands-on experience with APM/IDMS software and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
