Experience: 3+ years in Fixed Assets / CapEx accounting

Academic Requirement: CA/CA Inter/MBA Finance or Equivalent

Job Overview:

CT Automotive Group is a UK-headquartered supplier of high-quality interior components to the global automotive industry, with manufacturing facilities in China, Turkey and Mexico.

The Fixed Assets Analyst is responsible for maintaining and controlling fixed asset accounting at Group level, ensuring accurate capitalisation, depreciation, and disposals across all entities. The role also includes CapEx monitoring and audit support in line with group requirements.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Fixed Asset Management

• Maintain a central fixed asset register at Group level
• Monitor fixed asset accounting across all entities
• Ensure accurate capitalisation, depreciation, and disposals
• Reconcile fixed asset balances with general ledger

CapEx Monitoring

• Monitor and track capital expenditure against approved budgets across entities
• Ensure correct classification between CapEx and expense
• Validate asset additions with supporting documentation
• Coordinate with plant and operations teams for CapEx tracking

IFRS Compliance

• Ensure compliance with IAS 16 (Fixed Assets)
• Support lease accounting under IFRS 16 where applicable
• Maintain documentation for accounting treatments

Intercompany Asset Tracking

• Monitor intercompany asset transfers
• Ensure proper recording and reconciliation across entities

Audit & Controls

• Maintain audit-ready fixed asset schedules
• Support internal and external audit queries
• Ensure compliance with financial controls
