• Physical fitness and the ability to work in industrial or construction environments.
• Understanding of workplace safety protocols and the ability to adhere to safety standards.
• Relevant certification or trade qualifications in fitting or a related field.
• Previous experience as a fitter or in a similar role is an advantage.
