Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitter, located in Chennai. The Fitter will be responsible for interpreting technical blueprints, assembling structural components, conducting on-site installations, and ensuring alignment and precision. Daily tasks will include measuring, cutting, welding, and bolting materials, as well as inspecting and maintaining tools and equipment to ensure smooth operations. The role also involves collaboration with team members to deliver high-quality structures within the specified timeline.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Experience in using tools and equipment for fabrication, cutting, welding, and bolting
• Ability to measure and align components for accurate fitting and assembly
• Knowledge of safety regulations and adherence to workplace safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure precision
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for seamless collaboration
• Prior experience OR Fresher in structural or industrial fitting is preferred
