This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Fitter Cum Sales role based in Surat. The role involves assisting customers in selecting suitable eyewear products, ensuring accurate lens fittings, and managing a high standard of customer service. The candidate will also contribute to meeting sales targets, maintain stock of optical products, and support the overall operations of the optical outlet.

• Proficiency in optical lens fitting and repair techniques
• Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of eyewear products and optical tools
• Keen attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical fitting issues
• Experience in the optical or healthcare industry is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, teamwork-oriented environment
• A high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
