Job Description

Who We Are

Paramverse Bio Pvt. Ltd. is building India's next great bio company, with a focus on biological agriculture. Founded in 2024 and part of Paramverse Group, it develops and sells indigenous microbial formulations under the DHARITRI SUTRA™ brand. The portfolio spans 21 registered products across three lines: RAKSHAK (bio-protection), POSHAK (bio-nutrition), and AMRITAM (export-grade compliance).

Every product is delivered through the Doctor of Soil model: a certified agronomist, a personalised prescription, and data to show whether it worked. Paramverse Bio is live across nine Indian states in Phase 1 (FY27), with 48 territories, institutional-grade manufacturing, and field-to-export traceability.

Why This Role Matters

A Promoter spends long hours in meetings, on the road, and making high-stakes decisions. Health often takes a back seat, which leads to missed workouts, irregular meals, poor mobility, recurring aches, and low energy.

This role makes sure the Promoter's training and fitness plan actually gets done, whatever the work calendar looks like. The goal is an athlete-grade foundation: a leaner, stronger, more mobile, more consistent leader, with less day-to-day mental load.

What You'll Own

Daily routine: Plan meals, workouts, mobility, hydration, walking, sleep, and recovery around meetings and travel.

Athlete-style training: Deliver and supervise sessions built around strength training, calisthenics, MMA-based conditioning, and mobility work, as programmed by the head coach. Coach clean technique and progressions (for example, pull-ups, dips, muscle-up progressions, handstand work, pad work, shadow boxing, and grappling-based drills) and scale intensity to the Promoter's energy and schedule.

Calisthenics and bodyweight programming: Run bodyweight strength and skill sessions that can be done anywhere, including hotel rooms, parks, and offices. This keeps training going on travel days when a full gym isn't available.

MMA and combat conditioning: Lead or coordinate striking, grappling, and conditioning sessions with safe technique, controlled sparring (only when approved by the coach), and proper warm-up and cool-down.

Nutrition execution: Follow the nutrition plan, source groceries and restaurants, plan for business meals and travel days, and track adherence. You won't change calories, macros, or supplements on your own.

Injury and rehab support: Coordinate physio appointments and follow prescribed rehab routines. You will never diagnose or push through pain.

Tracking and reporting: Log agreed metrics (weight, steps, workouts, sleep, adherence, strength and skill benchmarks) in Google Sheets or a tracker, flag unusual readings, and send a concise daily report to the head coach.

Accountability: Run daily check-ins and reminders, spot patterns such as missed sessions or poor recovery, and offer practical alternatives early.
