Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of gym memberships and fitness programs, achieving and exceeding monthly targets.
- Conduct compelling tours of our facilities and clearly articulate the benefits of our offerings to prospective members.
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their fitness goals and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
- Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and guide individuals through the entire sales process, from initial contact to sign-up.
- Collaborate with the fitness team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of gym sales experience is required, demonstrating a proven ability to convert leads into members.
- A good personality and approachable demeanor, making clients feel comfortable and motivated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
