A role within the Fitness & Hospitality sectorfocused on health clubs, wellness centres, guest services, and membership-driven revenue streams across India. This on-site position drives walk-in and inbound leads into long-term members, supports guest experience, and contributes directly to facility revenue and retention targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Convert walk-ins, trial users, and warm leads into active memberships by executing consultative, target-driven sales conversations.
- Manage end-to-end sales process: qualify leads, run facility tours/demos, handle objections, close sales, and complete membership onboarding.
- Operate POS and CRM systems to record interactions, process payments, schedule follow-ups, and track pipeline to meet daily/weekly targets.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives for classes, personal training, and hospitality add-ons to increase per-member ARPU.
- Support local marketing and eventsrepresent the facility at promotions, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach to generate pipeline.
- Maintain accurate cash handling, membership documentation, and ensure a high-quality guest experience that improves retention and referral rates.
