Fitness Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Fitness Manager to lead our fitness operations, manage personal training sales, and drive overall business performance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, excellent in people management, and committed to achieving targets while delivering an exceptional member experience.

Core Responsibilities:

Manage and boost Personal Training (PT) sales across the center.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Ensure effective follow-ups with potential and existing members to convert leads into sales.

Supervise and motivate the trainer team to deliver outstanding service and performance.

Monitor member engagement and retention strategies.

Maintain high operational standards and compliance with Cult Fit protocols.

Collaborate with the central operations team for reporting and performance tracking.

Requirements:

68 years of experience in fitness management or related roles.

Proven track record in sales, team handling, and target achievement.

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Passion for fitness and a customer-first mindset.

Certification in fitness training or management (preferred).
