Job Description

Summary

Welcome all guests with a warm, confident smile and professional attitude.
Assist guests with gym equipment usage, safety guidelines, and basic stretching techniques.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline inside the gym and health club areas.
Handle reception duties, including phone calls, guest queries, bookings, and walk-ins.
Communicate clearly and politely in English with guests and members.
Explain Spa, Gym, and Health Club products, services, memberships, and offers.
Know the Spa menu and guide guests on available treatments and services.
Support guest satisfaction by providing prompt, courteous, and helpful service during the shift.
Coordinate with Spa, Gym, and Front Office teams for smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

Pleasant personality with excellent grooming standards.
Good communication skills in English.
Basic fitness training knowledge and understanding of gym equipment safety.
Guest-focused, energetic, polite, and service-oriented.
Previous experience in a gym, spa, health club, hotel, or wellness facility will be preferred.
