Job Description
The Fitness & Wellness Instructor is responsible for the oversight of the fitness, training, group training areas & all spa operations.
This includes leadership of spa teams, supporting the overall spa, pool and fitness operation, quality and guest experience as well as team motivation is a key component to managing and overseeing the daily operations.
This position must ensure colleague satisfaction, guest satisfaction, financial success, health & safety and environmental stewardship.
Qualifications
- University Degree
- Sports & Physical Education
- A personal trainer certification through a nationally recognised agency / organisation
- CPR – Basic Rescuer.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position
