About the Role

The Fit-Out Manager will oversee property fit-out projects across Union Living. This role requires expertise in AutoCAD, vendor management, and end-to-end execution, ensuring properties are launch-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review AutoCAD layouts, aligning with SOPs.
  • Manage fit-out execution across multiple properties.
  • Handle vendor onboarding, rate negotiations, GRN process, and documentation.
  • Maintain fit-out data records and assist in procurement audits.
  • Report inventory and conduct audit management.
  • Manage sourcing and vendor relationships for fit-out requirements.
  • Create and manage snag reports for both old and new properties.
  • Work closely with Procurement for Opex purchases.
  • Report directly to leadership while collaborating cross-functionally.

Requirements

  • 57 years in fit-out management or project execution.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawings.
  • Experience in vendor management and procurement processes.
  • Excellent negotiation and site management skills.
