FIT Manager

Location: Dwarka, Delhi

Work Mode: Full time, work from office

What you'll do:

• Handle inbound & outbound FIT enquiries end-to-end.
• Understand what the client wants and create the right itinerary, package or proposal.
• Follow up, negotiate and close bookings.
• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transporters and other travel partners.
• Manage bookings, amendments, and cancellations smoothly.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver a great travel experience.
• Work towards sales and conversion targets.

What we're looking for:

• 4-6 years of experience in FIT Sales & Operations.
• Good destination & product knowledge.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Someone who knows how to follow up, negotiate and close.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries without losing track of the details.
