Job Description
We're Hiring | First Level Support – GEOFLOW Business Analyst
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 4+ Years
Work Mode: Work From Office | 5 Days a Week
We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in WMS/TMS systems and logistics operations to support system configuration, user training, incident management, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage WMS/TMS systems, workflows, and business rules.
- Handle first-level user support and incident management.
- Manage system integrations with ERP and other platforms.
- Conduct end-user training and maintain technical documentation.
- Monitor data integrity and support system enhancements and releases.
Technical Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in WMS/TMS operations.
- Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Python scripting.
- Experience with Jasper Reports.
- Understanding of code performance tuning.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
