As an Associate on the Quality Assurance team, you'll drive the expansion of our enterprise-wide QA program, partnering across all lines of business and corporate functions to strengthen adherence to our Business Resiliency Policy and Standard.

Job Summary
As an Associate in the Firmwide Resiliency Office - Quality Assurance, you will support the execution and expansion of our Quality Assurance program. You will work closely with all areas of the FRO organization and key stakeholders to promote adherence to our Business Resiliency Policy and Standard. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to all lines of business and corporate functions, hone problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, and strengthen your analytical skills while promoting innovation with process improvements.

Job responsibilities
.Performing quality assurance reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement in the firm's application of resiliency standards and guidelines
.Collaborating with a broad stakeholder network, communicating quality assurance results and supporting the provision of business resiliency subject matter expertise and advisory services
.Analysing results, documenting observations and tracking through resolution

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
.Broad understanding of Resiliency-related disciplines experience in Resiliency, Business Continuity, Risk and Controls, and/or Quality Assurance
.Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships
.Capacity to independently structure an appropriate analytical framework reflecting true business drivers
.Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills.
.Excellent attention to detail, organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple competing priorities and consistently meet deliverables
.High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure
.Acts with integrity and displays problem solving ability and resourcefulness
.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
.Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills
.Proactive, analytical, and forward-thinking approach
