Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Firmware Validation Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating firmware functionality and performance across various platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of our products.

Hardware Validation/ Firmware, Python, Automation, BIOS ,X86

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive validation test plans for firmware.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Collaborate with firmware development teams to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle.
• Perform manual and automated testing to verify functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to engineering teams.
• Document and track defects in a bug-tracking system.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to improving firmware architecture.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in firmware validation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in firmware validation or software testing.
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems and microcontroller architectures.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with hardware debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
