Job Title: Firmware Lead Engineer

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience Required: 8+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Firmware Lead Engineer with strong expertise in embedded systems and firmware development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in C programming, RTOS, and HAL, and will lead the development of robust firmware solutions for cutting-edge hardware platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead firmware development and integration for embedded systems.
Design and implement software components using C for microcontrollers.
Work with RTOS and HAL to ensure efficient hardware-software interaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and QA.
Optimize firmware for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Troubleshoot and debug firmware issues across various platforms.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in C programming for embedded systems.
Experience with RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS, ThreadX, etc.).
Deep understanding of HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer).
Experience in firmware architecture and design.
Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):.

Knowledge of Bluetooth /WiFi stack and profiles.
Exposure to IoT platforms and wireless communication.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
