Key Responsibilities
- Lead firmware architecture, design, implementation, integration, validation, and release activities.
- Own firmware lifecycle execution from requirements analysis through maintenance and customer support.
- Define coding standards, review practices, quality metrics, and technical governance for firmware delivery.
- Guide and mentor firmware engineers
- Frontend communication with customer, prepare and update the project status
- Provide technical estimates, risk assessments, and project execution plans.
- Present technical status, risks, and mitigation plans to management and customers
- Collaborate with hardware, system, quality, test, project management etc.
- Support functional safety deliverables such as software safety requirements, FMEA/FMEDA inputs, verification evidence, and audit responses.
