Role Summary

The Firmware Engineer Intern will support development and testing of embedded software that connects

OSWAR/teck hardware, sensors, and industrial machines to the intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and test embedded C/C++ modules under guidance.

• Assist with MCU peripheral configuration and low-level drivers.

• Interface sensors, ADCs, and communication peripherals.

• Work with SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet, timers, interrupts, and DMA as required by projects.

• Support basic RTOS-based development and deterministic task execution.

• Assist with device diagnostics, watchdogs, error handling, and communication protocols.

• Support hardware-firmware integration, prototype bring-up, and debugging.

• Write modular and maintainable firmware and basic test utilities.

• Document firmware behavior, interfaces, test results, and debugging observations.

Preferred Knowledge

• C/C++ and Embedded C fundamentals

• STM32, ESP32, ARM, or similar MCUs

• MCU peripherals, ADCs, timers, interrupts, and communication buses

• Basic RTOS concepts

• Use of debuggers, oscilloscopes, or logic analyzers is beneficial

Qualification

Students or recent graduates pursuing/completing B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, E&TC, Embedded Systems,

Instrumentation, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
