Job Title: Firmware Validation Engineer (Windows Stress & Stability / Server Platforms)

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Firmware Validation Engineers with strong expertise in Windows Stress & Stability testing and hardware infrastructure validation for advanced compute platforms. Candidates with experience in AI servers, High-Performance Computing (HPC), data-center architecture, and enterprise server ecosystems will be highly preferred.

Strongly Preferred Background (Client Shortlisting Pattern):

• Experience in Hardware Infrastructure environments
• Exposure to AI Servers and High-Performance Computing (HPC) platforms
• Experience with Data Center server architecture
• Hands-on validation of next-generation GPU platforms
• Experience working with enterprise server ecosystems such as Dell or Intel

Required Skills & Experience:

• Windows Stress & Stability QA experience
• Knowledge of MTBF, DPPM, reboot cycles
• Experience with PST, Modern Standby, Hibernate scenarios
• Strong debugging and log analysis skills

Tools Experience:

• Powertest
• WinDbg
• Event Viewer

Key Responsibilities:

• Flash hardware and execute validation test cycles
• Perform bug triage, tracking, and reporting
• Work closely with engineering teams to resolve issues
• Prepare and share detailed validation/test reports
• Participate in debugging sessions and project meetings
