Key Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and verify manageability firmware for embedded RTOS environments.

Drive firmware solutions for reference and ODM server platform designs.

Collaborate with BIOS, OS, hardware, validation, and debugging teams.

Enable scalable manageability solutions to reduce time-to-market across platforms.

Develop and optimize firmware using C and Assembly programming.

Support firmware integration with platform, BIOS, and operating system components.

Must-Have Skills

8–10 years of firmware development experience.

Strong expertise in UEFI BIOS, Platform BIOS, and firmware development.

Hands-on experience with C programming and Assembly language.

Experience with System Management Controllers (BMC) and firmware development.

Knowledge of IPMI, DCMI, and SMASH standards.

Experience integrating firmware with BIOS and OS components.

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
