Fire Technician

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fire Technician located at Manipal Hospitals in Panaji. The Fire Technician is responsible for maintaining and inspecting fire safety systems, ensuring proper functionality of fire extinguishers and suppression systems, and troubleshooting system issues. The role also involves conducting life safety checks, enforcing fire safety regulations, and assisting in emergency preparation and response efforts within the facility.

• Proficiency in handling Fire Extinguishers and Fire Suppression Systems
• Knowledge of Fire Safety protocols and Life Safety measures
• Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving fire system issues
• Understanding of emergency preparedness and adherence to safety regulations
• Prior experience in fire or safety-related roles is a plus
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant certifications in fire safety and/or fire systems maintenance
