Fire & Safety Officer

1. Maintain the documentation and tools to supportrisk assessments, safe work practices and adverse event/near miss reporting &investigation

2. Work closely with site to ensure continual improvement and compliance in EHSactivities.

3. ResponsibleforensuringthatemployeesreceivetrainingonEHSrelated topics.

4. Maintain regulatory documentation andrecords.

5. Provide co-ordination in response toincidents.

6. Assist in the development of new facilities and processes to ensure optimum EHS practices are integrated as part of thechange.

7. Perform related duties asassigned.

8. WorkwithintheCompany's (Microsoft)EHSpoliciesandpractices.

9. Flexibility regarding any other duties which may be required from time to time.

10. Maintain Unsafe act / unsafe condition tracker.

11. Maintaining Firefighting system.

12. Conduct risk assessment and should have ability to present to the management.

13. Coordinating with vendors &Support in IFM project
