Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire & Safety Manager, based in Bhopal. The Fire & Safety Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and developing fire prevention programs. Additional responsibilities include overseeing and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting safety audits, managing fire safety equipment, and training personnel on fire safety protocols. The role also involves collaborating with teams to ensure a safe working and shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Fire Safety Management, Risk Assessment, and Safety Audits
• Expertise in Safety Training, Emergency Preparedness, and Incident Response
• Experience with Fire Prevention Strategies, Fire Equipment Management, and Regulatory Compliance
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Certification in Fire & Safety or Occupational Health & Safety is preferred
• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Safety, or a related field
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, or commercial safety management is an advantage
