Job Responsibilities:
. Conduct Fire & Safety Risk assessment and ensure implementation of control measures and periodical monitoring.
. Development of emergency plans and procedures considering various contingencies which can occur in the buildings.
. Provide technical guidance and support on all Fire & Safety matters to the Building / Site Managers.
. Provide advice on maintenance of all firefighting equipment, fire alarm systems, Fire extinguishing systems, fire hydrant systems etc.
. Planning and developing various competency development programs for Fire Officers, Emergency Response Team members & Floor Wardens.
. Carry out audits with reference to all fire & safety issues such as fire prevention / protective measures, emergency exercises etc. and render reports.
. Ensure that periodic mock drills are conducted as per schedule.
. Participating in incident / accident investigations.
. Keeping Management posted of latest regulations.
. Provide necessary advice to the BM/Engineers / Supervisors & Other department Managers during site visits.
. To provide guidance to the building team for implementation of Fire & Safety Management system.
. Ensure deployment of manpower (fire staff) for each as per the approved deployment sheet.
. Ensure all fire & safety personnel attending the trainings as per TNI
. Any other tasks assigned by the management.
