Fire Officer

AI BI Street Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Fire Officer to join our team and ensure the highest standards of fire safety and emergency preparedness.

Location: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Pune

Experience: 3-6 Years

Qualification: Graduate with Fire & Safety Certifications

Academic Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation
• Fireman Course Certification
• Fire & Safety Course Certification
• Diploma in Fire & Safety preferred (not mandatory)
• Equivalent certifications will be an added advantage

Experience & Technical Skills

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in handling Fire & Safety Systems and Equipment
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of:
• Fire Alarm Panels
• Fire Suppression Systems
• Fire Extinguishers
• Fire Hydrant Systems
• Sprinkler Systems
• Control Panels
• VESDA
• WLD
• FLD
• Pressurization Panels
• Fire Detection Systems
• Good understanding of IBMS & FAS Systems
• Knowledge of Fire Safety Codes, Standards, Principles, and Building Safety Practices
• Experience in Commercial Buildings, Industrial Facilities, or Data Center Environments
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain fire safety systems and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to fire safety incidents and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with facility management teams for safety improvements.
• Maintain records, reports, and compliance documentation.
