Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end fire and property claims for domestic clients from intimation to settlement.
- Review and interpret fire & allied perils policy wordings to confirm coverage and exclusions.
- Coordinate with insurers, surveyors, loss assessors, contractors, and clients for smooth claim processing.
- Conduct or assist in site inspections, damage assessments, and evidence collection.
- Prepare, maintain, and update all claims records, reports, and MIS dashboards.
- Conduct claim audits to verify accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal SOPs.
- Support clients throughout the claims process, ensuring transparency and timely communication.
- Assist in claim negotiations and settlements to protect client interests.
