+6A Fire Fighting Site Engineer plans, installs, and maintains fire protection systems (sprinklers, alarms, hydrants) at construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety codes (e.g., NFPA) and project specifications. They supervise installations, conduct testing and commissioning, and coordinate with teams to ensure, high-quality, on-time project completion. Naukri.comNaukri.com +3Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision & Installation: Overseeing the installation of fire suppression and detection systems to ensure they align with approved drawings and methods.Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all systems comply with local fire safety regulations, Civil Defence requirements, and NFPA standards.Testing & Commissioning: Conducting inspections, functional testing, and commissioning of fire alarms, pumps, and sprinkler systems.Project Documentation: Preparing daily/weekly progress reports, Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).Material Management: Monitoring on-site material stock, initiating material requests, and ensuring quality control.Team Coordination: Distributing work to technicians/labourers and coordinating with subcontractors and clients.
