Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Lucknow for a Fire Engineer. The role involves designing fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and implementing fire safety measures. Responsibilities also include overseeing installations, inspecting and maintaining fire suppression systems, preparing technical reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide life-safety solutions for various sectors. The role demands a commitment to upholding Fire Wings Zero Compromise approach to safety.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Fire Protection Engineering and Fire Suppression Systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
- Knowledge of Fire Safety and Life Safety protocols, with a focus on NBC 2016 and NFPA standards
- Proficiency in Safety Engineering principles and conducting risk assessments
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to prepare detailed technical reports and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant industry certifications in fire and life safety standards (e.g., NFPA- or NBC2016-related)
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and manage project timelines
- Experience in MEP environments and knowledge of sectors like healthcare, hospitality, or industrial manufacturing is an advantage.
