Qualification
- Diploma in Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety
Experience
- 2–5 years: Safety Officer / Safety Supervisor
Fire Safety Management
- Monitor and maintain fire safety systems and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, and sprinkler systems.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate fire drills and emergency evacuation procedures.
Workplace Safety
- Conduct safety inspections and hazard identification at the workplace.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Monitor compliance with safety standards and procedures.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases.
Training & Awareness
- Provide safety training to employees and contractors.
- Conduct fire safety awareness programs.
- Educate employees on emergency response procedures.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training programs.
- Prepare safety reports and compliance documentation.
- Assist in preparing safety audit reports.
Emergency Response
- Respond to fire incidents and emergency situations.
- Lead evacuation procedures during emergencies.
