This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fire and Safety and Security Officer based in Jaipur. The officer will oversee fire safety measures, implement security protocols, and ensure a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors. Responsibilities include conducting regular safety inspections, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, managing emergency response plans, and supervising fire protection systems. The role also involves training employees on safety and security practices, monitoring for potential hazards, and ensuring the effective functioning of security infrastructure.

• Proficiency in Fire Safety protocols, emergency response planning, and fire protection systems
• Knowledge of Security Management, including surveillance systems, access control, and risk assessment
• Experience in conducting Safety Inspections and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Strong communication and training skills for educating staff on safety and security practices
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify potential hazards
• Relevant certifications in fire safety or security management are advantageous
• Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
