Fircosoft Developer

About Position:

We are seeking a highly experienced Fircosoft Developer to join our banking and financial technology team across any Persistent Systems Location (PSL). This role is best suited for a senior professional with deep expertise in Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, strong scripting, and PL/SQL, along with extensive experience in AML and sanctions screening within complex, multi-country banking environments. As a Fircosoft Developer, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing payment screening and sanctions compliance platforms, working across L2/L3 application support, production incident handling, and regulatory transformation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with technology, operations, compliance, and vendor teams to ensure high system availability, accurate screening outcomes, and adherence to global regulatory requirements. The position demands a strong combination of technical hands-on expertise, operational leadership, and working knowledge of banking payment rails, along with the ability to manage incidents, drive root-cause analysis, and support continuous platform improvements.

What You'll Do:

• 11+ years of experience in FircoSoft (Continuity, Trust, FSK), Banking Technology
• Well versed with Application Support (L2/L3), Payment Screening, and multi-country sanctions compliance transformation.
• Strong blend of technical expertise and operational leadership, including finance and operations oversight for a consumer brand

• Payment Screening SWIFT, SEPA Instant, Domestic Rails
