Fintech Trainer

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Fintech Trainer at NETCRAFTZ. The Fintech Trainer will deliver engaging workshops and training sessions focused on financial technology, facilitate hands-on learning experiences, and contribute to the development of course materials. The individual will support learners by addressing queries, providing mentorship, and enhancing their understanding of Fintech tools and concepts. The trainer will also collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure content aligns with industry trends and standards.

• Proficiency in Fintech domains, including blockchain technologies, digital payments, and financial analytics
• Strong skills in instructional design, curriculum development, and delivering engaging training sessions
• Experience with tools and platforms used in financial technology or related fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to simplify complex concepts
• Familiarity with the latest trends and advancements in Fintech and digital transformation
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, Education, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Previous experience as a trainer or instructor in a technical domain is advantageous
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
